As a FEE FOR SERVICES Company, we are prepared
to enter into a partnership specifically focused in placement of nurses when your patients have to go to the hospital for
surgery, and/or you don't have nurses to cover patient care in all areas. We look after you--our customer--to fill all your
private duty cases, as well as those difficult to fill. A hospital may have a Private Duty office--but no nurses available.
Our strategy is to guarantee you with nurses who understand and love patients, and have a business attitude about what their
responsibilities include--to be the best that they can be, and go beyond what is the norm. We have a detailed plan for use
of persuasion to build bridges by utilizing our strategic vision to address unique market challenges and create tailored programs
to meet and surpass our clients goals--to be available when others are not. But more important--to have marketing savvy professional
nurses--who are uniquely aware of the staying power of today's market.
Integrity has many facets, and lasting rewards.
Sometimes, doing things the easy way involves exploring the gray area between right and wrong. But if we hold ourselves to
the highest ethical standards, our products and processes will be of the highest quality as well. This means dealing honestly
and openly with all our partners--clients, suppiers and co-workers alike.
We take great pride in the PATIENCE FIRST name.
It should always inspire trust and respect. Those who consistently do things right and do the right thing bring the
value of integrity to life...and they're clearly worthy of recognition.
Our goal is to provide the public with quality care and patient satisfaction. We not only take
care of the patient, but the entire family, the basis of the community, by extending our services to provide outpatient procedures
assistance, live-out/live-in (8-24 hours), nurse on call, homemaker-companions, pet care caregivers support, traveling companions,
meal preparations, daily check on relatives and report to family in or out of state, nannies, per diem hospital visits with
doctors, shoppers, etc. Private Duty personal attendant services are also provided in nursing homes, hospitals, rehab
centers and all senior facilities.
The Cetified Nurses Aides are also skilled for 1:1 psychiatric patients in hospitals and are also

Clients are people looking for hospital and homecare, and healthcare facilities requiring competent, qualified personnel on
a per diem, contract or permanent basis.
We specialize in finding staff for those "hard to fill" positions. We can help you where others
may have been unable because we AGGRESSIVELY recruit from within the US and beyond. Our Nurses and Medical Professionals
range from staff to managerial.
